In 2018 the Ironart team were commissioned to make this lovely garden room for a client on Lyncombe Hill in Bath. These structures are so useful when creating ‘zones’ and particularly in gardens which are overlooked and where it’s hard to find a little peace, quiet and privacy. This pergola was situated against the back wall of a city garden with a quiet seating area and views back towards the house. 

The site was challenging for the Ironart team both to design and install because the ground was not level and the space was not square – so achieving a uniform look for the arches took some consideration. The pergola was finished in a colour we call ‘Invisible Green’ and our clients have since planted it with a scheme or climbing shrubs including clematis and honeysuckle.
