He is a highly skilled artist blacksmith who can turn his hand to anything, equally he can be found in the office hammering out strategies and schedules or working on the EN10 90 accreditation as our welding coordinator.

Jason was awarded his AWCB Journeyman’s Certificate by the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths when he graduated from Hereford College. He completed the NHIG ‘Advanced Skills of Ironwork Restoration’ course at Hereford college in 2012′ and was awarded a special prize for his work by his tutor Dave Field. In 2014 Jason was awarded the Diploma of Merit by the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths of which we are justifiably all proud.

He is a highly experienced and valuable team member with a big friendly smile, cheeky disposition and sweet tooth, Jason is always on the lookout for sweets and can be found hanging around in the kitchen whenever there is a birthday cake!

Watch this short video of Jason at work – heating, hammering, using the power hammer, and then forming a tapered scroll for the top of a gate stile. This stile finial formed part of an impressive pair of entrance gates in Weston, Bath.
